In an old oil mill converted into a restaurant in the heart of the old village of Mougins, classes are held by bilingual Chef Denis Fétisson, with a programme that follows the seasons.
Tricks, secrets and tips are explained in the kitchen for groupof 6 to 12 participants.

• Individual formula - on condition of 6 to 12 people. Welcome, tasting of food prepared with a glass of wine.
Wednesday and Sunday: 9:30am-12pm; Saturday: 3:30pm-6pm
Business formula - 10 to 20 people maximum. Demonstration and tasting of food prepared. By appointment.
Privilège formula. 6 to 12 people. Cooking school is booked for private use for a moment of gastronomy. Personal welcome by Denis Fétisson. Assisted by a waiter, the Chef prepares the meal in front of you, explaining every technical gesture and disclosing some of his secrets.
