La Bastide Saint-Antoine proposes gastronomy cookery workshop and oenology classes:
Gastronomy: a unique day in the company of Michelin starred Chef, Jacques Chibois with the cookery lessons: Kitchen observer.
Oenology courses: introduction to wine tasting in a cellar (1,600 references, approx. 17,000 bottles) led by the Head Sommelier.

You will be part of the brigade involved and move from one station to the next with the cold-meat cook, pastry chef...
From observation to practice, you will eat your meals at the communal table then follow the transformation of a product from its arrival in the kitchen to your plate.
A programme designed for amateur food lovers.
Opportunity to accompany Jacques Chibois to market, (for the early birds: leave at 5.30am). Wednesdays*
and Fridays* only (*subject to change in schedule).
