| VIA FERRATA LES DEMOISELLES DU CASTAGNET - PUGET-THENIERS
This itinerary begins with a vertical climb of the slab (80m) leading to a ?hanging Mediterranean garden? featuring a succession of ledges and slight rises. The setting changes after crossing the Himalayan bridge overhanging the waterfall by some 30 yards and leading halfway up the great pillar. At this stage, there remain 100 yards more to climb. At the top, the course stick to the line of the ridge and offers impressive views on the Verdon, Estéron, Vésubie, Roudoule and Var valleys, with the villages of Malaussène, Villars-sur-Var and the mediaeval town of Entrevaux... The itinerary ends with the passage of a monkey bridge and especially a spectacular rope bridge. Length: 750m. Duration: 3h30min. | |

Air-borne itinerary lasting in all some 2½ hours, with optional passage en tyrolienne (120 m) between the two distinct sectors. | VIA FERRATA ESCALE A PEILLE
This Via Ferrata is practicable year round; it is the closest to the coast, just a few miles from the coast the Principality of Monaco. Come discover the tyrolienne rope (65 m) and, for the most daring, the overhanging exit slab. The entire course (600 m long) is divided into four sections, each lasting approximately 45 minutes.

This via ferrata is designed especially for children, families and beginners. Located close to the village centre, on a 40 to 50 metre cliff overlooking the Tinée valley, the path climbs no more than 300 metres, or an hour and a half of effort for the youngest.
