Constructed over a century ago on the Colline de Crémat, the Château de Crémat overhangs the Var Valley. Its outstanding location between the sea and mountains makes it an ideal venue for organizing prestige events.

|DOMAINE DE TOASC - NICE|
The Toasc estate is located in the Bellet appellation contrôlée area, which has been AOC classified since 1941.
The wines are developed from the following grape varieties: For whites, 90% ROLLE, 10% CHARDONNAY. For rosés and reds: in different proportions, the two main grape varieties are: FOLLE NOIRE and BRAQUET, typical of the BELLET appellation, and GRENACHE as a secondary grape variety.
The vines planted on the terraces enjoy an exceptional soil composed of medium density pebbles and a windswept aspect.

|DOMAINE DE LA SOURCE - NICE|
Family vineyard in the 3rd year of conversion to organic methods and 2011 organic vintage Tucked away on the Collines de Bellet, the vineyard produces white, rosé and red wines. Everything is produced on the estate by hand to ensure top quality products and preserve the environment.
You can visit the vineyard throughout the year and taste the Bellet wine (and its AOP Nice olive oil).

Vines have been cultivated on Île Saint‐Honorat since the Middle Ages.
Today, twenty‐five monks, who follow the rule of Saint Benedict, carry on this tradition and live modestly from the products of their vines and the fabrication of liqueurs. They cultivate eight hectares of vines, using the best grape varieties, on Île Saint‐
Honorat, off Cannes.
The reputation of the great wines produced by the monks work transcends borders. The grape varieties used in the wine production are rigorously selected. Thanks to the careful work of the monks, great vintages are produced, recognized as some of the finest French wines and best vintages of the region by the top Michelin‐starred chefs.

|DOMAINE SAINT-JOSEPH - TOURRETTES SUR LOUP|
2 ha of vines under the western ramparts of Saint-Paul de Vence, plus 1 ha at Tourrettes-sur-Loup, where you can taste wines, fruit-based aperitif wines, salted olives and Nice AOP olive oil from the estate.
|DOMAINE VITICOLE LA VASTA - VINS DES BAOUS - ST PAUL DE VENCE|
Louis Giraudo, owner, and Raphaël Vigneau, vintner, produce red, rosé and white wine, unique in Provence.The vineyards cover 2 hectares at the foot of the village.
The varieties of grape used are those typical of the Alpes-Maritimes.

Frédéric Theys, a passionate sommelier, welcomes you to an authentic 18th century wine cellar where you can discover the wines of Saint-Paul de Vence and Provence, as well as eaux-de-vie and liqueurs. Not to be missed: the Vinotheque, a collection of the great wines of France, Premier Classified Grands Crus & Champagne, rare wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape & Provence,... tastings for individual clients and groups (subject to reservation). Several possible themes: an introduction to tasting, cheese and wine, wine and chocolate, Tour de France and a master class in Grands Crus.

The Saint-Jeannet wine-making process is unique. The wine is known as tuilé, i.e. left for several months in large glass bottles in direct sunshine. It is then transferred into an oak barrel to mature.
