This exhibition will show a selection of sixty of the artist’ ceramic works. Working with classical shapes, Alev Ebüzziya Siesbye seeks to establish a link between tradition and modernity. A tribute to the past and to the moderns, this exhibition will be designed as an allusion to the masters of ceramics who, like Picasso, Chagall, Pignon, Matisse, Brauner and many others, worked together in Madoura’s studio in Vallauris in the 1950s.
